We appraise single-family, multi-family, vacant residential land and select income-producing properties. We realize that real estate agents and brokers offer a similar product, such as a CMA (Competitive Market Analysis) or BPO (Broker Price Opinion). While real estate agents and brokers are knowledgeable in guiding a buyer or seller through the property buying or selling process, only an appraiser can give an appraisal. If you’re a property owner or buyer interested in finding out what a property is worth, we offer competitive rates comparable to CMAs or BPOs, plus you’ll get the expertise and competency of an appraisal from a qualified appraiser.
